Bedfordshire Youth Theatre

BYT membership is for young people aged 16-21 years and lasts 1 year at a time. It starts in early November with an open audition workshop. You must live in Bedfordshire and there are 50 places in total – 40 performing and 10 technical. During the year, members take part in 10 core skills workshops and then go on to take part in at least two performances a year – 1 at Easter and the main show in August. In addition there are usually opportunities to tour within the County, lead workshops in schools and occasionally take part in national and international drama festivals.
