Youth Music

Youth Music funds and facilitates high quality and diverse music-making for young people who might otherwise lack opportunity. It is a charity set up in 1999 with £10m a year of Lottery funding received through Arts Council England.
Youth Music works alongside the formal and community-based sectors and supports music-making and training delivered by not-for-profit organisations. It supports activities mainly out of schools hours complementing music in the national curriculum.
