Second Wave Centre for Youth Arts

Set up in 1982 and based in Deptford, Second Wave is a youth arts centre offering an innovative youth arts programme for young people aged 13-24 years. We offer a year-round programme of workshops and productions for young people interested in acting, dance, lyrics, and writing for performance, volunteering and more.

Second Wave values creative learning for all young people and is an innovator in the field of urban arts. We offer accredited apprenticeships and volunteer programmes for young people over 16, who are interested in developing their creative leadership skills.
