| Artist's statement: | The aims and objectives of the company this year are: - To provide further opportunities for sixteen third year dance students to experience the involvement within a professional dance company. - To commission three works created by three separate professional choreographers that can ultimately be performed and taken into the local community and Roehampton University. -To provide Company Class, which is open to anyone who is part of Roehampton’s Dance Society, to pass on knowledge that is gained from working with professional choreographers. -To involve the local community and Roehampton University to inspire, entertain and develop their knowledge and interest of contemporary dance. |
